Head of Client Partnerships

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to spearhead our client partnerships strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead outbound business development efforts, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving revenue growth through consultative sales
  • Oversee the end-to-end client journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, portfolio discussions, and relationship building
  • Develop and communicate investment strategies that emphasize hyper-personalization, goal-focused approaches, and the utilization of quant and AI-driven methodologies
  • Cultivate structured client feedback, collaborating cross-functionally with product and quant teams to inform product direction and drive innovation
  • Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging modern tools, such as AI agents and CRM software, to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Preferred Background:
  • Experience: 5+ years in wealth management, PMS/AIF advisory, or private banking, with a proven track record of success in managing complex relationships
  • Education: Strong academic background from premier institutions, with a willingness to pursue advanced certifications, such as the NISM Series XXI-B (Portfolio Managers) certification
  • Strong Network: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-value relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, particularly those with younger or tech-savvy profiles
  • Mindset: AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward action, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations
