Payroll and Human Resources Specialist


Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Payroll and Human Resources Specialist to oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, and administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time by managing inputs such as attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for disbursement, reconciliations, and accounting while ensuring the confidentiality of payroll data.

Compliance and Statutory Management:
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other relevant labor laws.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, taxation, and compliance changes, handling audits, inspections, and statutory queries effectively.

Employee Benefits and Records:
  • Maintain accurate employee records for payroll, compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Administer employee benefits programs according to statutory norms.

Administration and Office Management:
  • Manage vendor coordination, facilities, office supplies, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support HR operations, including attendance management, leave administration, and engagement activities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR, payroll, and admin processes.

Reporting and Coordination:
  • Prepare MIS reports for payroll, compliance, and administration, supporting audits and budgeting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in payroll, statutory compliance, and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll systems, and office administration practices.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM IST.
