Job Title: Training Facilitator

The Training Facilitator plays a pivotal role in the onboarding and development of new hires, focusing on soft skills and negotiation techniques. This position entails conducting regular training sessions, including refresher courses and process updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new hire training and soft skills/negotiation skill training.
  • Develop and implement monthly cyclic activities, such as refresher training and process updates.
  • Sensitize to training needs and understand learning requirements of different learning groups.
  • Liaison with the Quality and Operations team to identify, screen, and execute process improvement plans.
  • Execute training tasks/assignments on short notice and deliver process improvements.
  • Accountability for new hires' performance during the OJT period, including attrition.

Critical Competencies include Customer Service, Good analytical skills, Data representation, MS Excel, Time Management, and Ability to multi-task.
