Job Title: Program Coordinator - Skill Development

We are seeking two dynamic and committed Program Coordinators to support and strengthen our existing and upcoming skill development programs across Odisha. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the end-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers.

  1. Coordinate all aspects of skill training programs including mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.
  2. E nsure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other relevant schemes.
  3. Liaise with various stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners to foster strong relationships and achieve program objectives.
  4. M onitor center performance through regular visits and reporting to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
  5. A ssist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies as required.
  6. F acilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape to navigate complex situations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across different districts of the state to meet program needs.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, OSDA, ORMAS, etc., would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi to facilitate effective communication.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage field teams and deliver results within deadlines to drive program success.
