Job Overview:

This pivotal role plays a key part in achieving enrolment and order intake goals, as well as counselling and conversion objectives. The successful candidate will focus on enquiry generation, admission processing, system updating, and daily reporting.

  1. Meet Enrolment/Order Intake Goal
  2. Utilize various means to generate enquiries, including BTL activities, job fairs, college connections, and employee exchanges
  3. Conduct compliant admission processes to ensure the enrolment of qualified students
  4. Ensure system updates and daily reporting
  5. Travel to different locations for enrolment drives

Skill Requirements:

  1. Market Understanding
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the micro-market within the territory, including prospect bases and ecosystems
Enquiry Generation
  • Conduct activities in employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, and outreach to unorganized sector workforce within and outside the location
  • Buid relationships with stakeholders to generate a database of eligible candidates
  • Engage graduates to generate leads and enquiries
  • Create and expand the base of locations by adding more areas every month
  • Manage activities end-to-end, generate databases, make presentations, convince prospects to take up courses, and collect training fees
Admission Process
  • Share correct and full course information with students
  • Follow the students' admission process
System Updation & Daily Reporting
  • Update the system regularly
  • Perform daily activity reporting
  • Contribute to batch occupancy and launch
