
Senior Talent Development Specialist

As a Strategic Talent Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and governing strategic talent management initiatives to cultivate a high-performing and future-ready workforce.
- Develop a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
- Implement a robust succession planning process to identify and groom high-potential talent for critical roles.
- Manage the Competency Management framework to identify skills gaps in the current workforce and integrate them into performance and development cycles.
- Design and deliver capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance and readiness.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify talent groups, trends, risks/opportunities for leadership decisions.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on talent metrics, succession readiness, engagement, and program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities.
- Design, manage, and measure leadership interventions across levels (Junior, Mid, Senior) to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
- Drive organization-wide implementation of performance management cycle, ensuring timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of experience in talent management process design and execution.
- Qualification: MBA/PGPM (HR)
- Prior Experience/Background:
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate actions across teams, commitment to follow through.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
