Talent Acquisition Manager – Senior Role at Emeritus

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive talent acquisition for our foreign university's campuses in India. This role will focus on hiring A+ talent, leveraging a strong understanding of the education landscape and networks across institutions.

About the Job
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers, business heads, and university leadership to understand workforce needs and design targeted recruitment approaches.
  • Broaden the employer brand in the education and EdTech sectors by crafting compelling job descriptions and promoting openings through relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage top-tier candidates, building a robust pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from initial interaction to onboarding, ensuring professionalism and transparency throughout.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus in managing Talent acquisition portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.

Foster collaboration, morale, productivity, and retention among team members while working closely with people managers and leadership.
