Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our organization as an HR Manager. In this role, you will lead talent acquisition efforts, champion employee relations, and ensure the seamless functioning of administrative processes.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to drive business growth and success by fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and overseeing employee relations and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Design and deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new employees
  • Champion employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee growth and development
  • Identify training and development needs for employees and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters to ensure operational excellence
  • Oversee office facilities, including space planning and maintenance, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
