Job Title: Talent Acquisition Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment within the warehousing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Sources candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Has specific exposure in warehouse and campus hiring.
  • Screens, interviews, and shortlists candidates based on organizational fit.
  • Drives recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing/logistics functions.
  • Maintains recruitment dashboards, MIS, and ensures adherence to time-allocated targets.
  • Supports employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 4–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition (mandatory in Warehousing/Logistics industry).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping, along with proficiency in ATS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
