We are seeking an experienced and visionary talent acquisition professional to lead and scale our recruitment strategy for a fast-growing organization.
This role will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, build strong employer branding, and ensure we attract top talent across various functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance.
- Establish workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Create and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages.
- Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns and digital branding initiatives.
- Operational Efficiency & Compliance
- Implement recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
- Streamline hiring processes using advanced ATS systems and technology.
- Talent Intelligence & Market Insights
- Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges.
- Develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.
