Telecommunication Representative

The primary objective of this role is to establish meaningful connections with customers through outbound calls, fostering a positive experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making targeted calls to potential and existing customers to discuss our products and services.
  • Delivering clear, concise, and engaging product information that meets customer needs and expectations.
  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads by gathering relevant data and assessing their suitability for our offerings.
  • Effectively scheduling appointments for sales representatives or other relevant teams based on lead qualification.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through professional phone interactions.
  • Accurately recording call outcomes, customer information, and relevant data in the CRM system or other designated platforms.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, appointments scheduled, or sales achieved.
  • Addressing customer concerns and objections in a courteous and persuasive manner.
  • Following established scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural conversational style.
  • Providing basic product information and assistance to customers, or directing them to the appropriate department for further support.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards during calls, including clarity, tone, and accuracy of information.
  • Gathering customer feedback and relaying it to relevant teams for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in telecommunication or a related field.
  • No specific location requirements.
  • Degree in any stream from Higher Secondary to Any Bachelor Degree.
  • Fluency in local language nuances and familiarity with the local customer base is an advantage.
