Key Responsibilities:

  • Address inbound queries, emails, and calls efficiently, providing accurate solutions and information.
  • Guide influencers and brands through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless navigation.
  • Maintain a professional tone while handling escalations and complaints, upholding exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze user feedback, identifying recurring issues and contributing to improved app experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive user journeys.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0–2 years of experience in customer service, influencer management, or client relations (freshers welcome).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with a calm, empathetic approach.
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders, including influencers, brands, and app users.
  • Familiarity with English, Hindi, and Telugu is advantageous.
