Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled customer relationship manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction by paying attention to detail and proactively resolving problems.

This role requires strong analytical skills, customer retention expertise, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and previous experience in customer relationship management.

The customer relationship manager will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat from customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. They must also be able to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Paying attention to detail and proactively resolving problems to ensure customer satisfaction;
  2. Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat from customers regarding products, services, and inquiries;
  3. Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and solutions;
  4. Listening to customers and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor;
  5. Managing multiple inquiries at once using strong time management and multitasking abilities;
  6. Communicating complex information in a clear and friendly manner using excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently;
  • Customer retention expertise to build strong relationships with customers;
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate complex information clearly;
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Previous experience in customer relationship management is a plus.
