Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in CRM platforms, data management, and reporting, as well as strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will be able to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex CRM-related problems, while developing and implementing effective CRM strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
