Job Title: Key Account Business Developer
As a key account business developer, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining our most valuable client relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing client relationships
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building efforts
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, including negotiation and contract management
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in IT services or consulting
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Contract management and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in MSP/VMS environments and managing rate cards, compliance, and SLA governance
- Prior recruitment operations experience, including exposure to ATS systems and submittal quality
