We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to lead our Broker Acquisition(Retail Sales) Department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, sales, and business development for the region, ensuring 100% coverage in the assigned territory and tracking other key parameters.
They will also develop client acquisition campaigns and lead generation strategies to build a flagship brand for property services in the respective region.
In addition, they will ensure service delivery and client retention, providing market intelligence and data analytics to inform marketing initiatives.
Requirements:- A graduate degree with 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
- Previous work experience in real estate.
- Outgoing personality, confident, self-motivated, and skilled in creating and delivering presentations.
- Resilience, persistence, passion for selling, and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong implementation skills.
