
Business Lead Generator

This role involves identifying and researching potential business leads in the USA market. You will be responsible for using various tools to connect with and engage these prospects.
Main Responsibilities- Utilize sales navigator and other research tools to identify, connect with, and engage potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
- Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
- Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align prospecting strategies with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
- Familiarity with sales navigator and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the logistics industry.
- Exposure to global business development and logistics industry trends.
