As a Performance Marketing Expert, you'll be responsible for launching and scaling high-impact lead generation & e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

You will work directly with leadership and senior marketers to experiment boldly, test fast, and see the direct impact of your work.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads, as well as hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale ROI-focused campaigns
  • Manage performance campaigns across multiple industries
  • Optimize campaigns daily based on ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with creatives to convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results
  • Analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and recommend next steps

Requirements:

  • Smart, experienced, and strong problem-solver who can think strategically and execute effectively
  • Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets
  • Ai-driven mindset: comfortable with AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance
  • Creative + analytical balance: able to test, learn, and innovate quickly
