Job Role Overview

We seek an accomplished technical leader to spearhead our team of developers, overseeing project management and providing expert guidance.

This position demands a high degree of responsibility, encompassing task delegation, solution design, and agile development methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, ITIL experience, and the ability to lead client projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developers, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop, test, and deploy software applications using ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through regular code reviews and quality assurance processes.
  • Design and implement complex workflows and custom workflow activities.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with ServiceNow developers to promote best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .NET/C# and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or other similar tools.
