Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer /Technical Lead / Java Architect with 812 years of expertise in Java development and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Spring Framework, JPA, Hibernate, Microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS/Cloud platforms. This role involves designing and leading complex backend systems and mentoring junior developers in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect, and implement enterprise-level Java applications.
  • Lead development of microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot and Cloud Native technologies.
  • Develop and manage scalable applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Deploy and manage applications in AWS/cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and DevOps.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Strong proficiency with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of JPA and Hibernate for ORM.
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker for microservice orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native development.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with version control and collaboration tools such as Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
  • Excellent problem-solving, design, and architecture skills.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and leadership experience.
