We are seeking a
hands-on Technical Lead / Technical Project Manager
who thrives at the intersection of technology, leadership, and delivery execution. This role is ideal for someone who can lead engineering
teams, contribute technically when needed (code reviews, design, prototyping), and drive project delivery end-to-end with minimal dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership
  • Provide technical direction and hands-on support to development teams across AI, mobile, and web projects.
  • Review code, architecture, and design decisions; step into code/debug when required to unblock teams.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and scalable system design.
  • Project Delivery & Management
  • Own delivery of projects end-to-end: scope, timelines, quality, and risk management.
  • Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) while ensuring delivery alignment.
  • Proactively manage dependencies and reduce overreliance on external teams by building in-house technical capabilities.
  • Use tools like
    Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
    for effective project tracking, transparency, and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the bridge between product, design, and engineering to ensure clarity and alignment on goals.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with transparent communication and regular progress updates.
  • Mentor engineers to foster technical excellence, ownership, and continuous learning within teams.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a software engineer/developer.
  • Proven experience as a
    Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or Technical PM
    .
  • Hands-on
    coding ability
    in at least one stack - Frontend, Backend, or Full-Stack , Angular, Vue, , Java, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of
    system design, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, pipelines)
    .
  • Experience leading agile teams and managing full delivery cycles.
  • Proficiency with
    Jira, Git, and project tracking tools
    .
  • Knowledge of AI/ML systems, mobile apps, and scalable web applications is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
