The primary responsibility of this role includes gathering requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems in place to identify areas for improvement, and providing design documents and technical guidance to development teams.
- Gather required technology inputs, make required assumptions, develop high-level architecture and detailed technical design.
- Find the best tech solution among all possible solutions to solve existing business problems.
- Evaluate new technologies and build POCs.
- Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution, explore solution alternatives, and help refine the solution.
- Work hands-on with the development team to prepare/review detailed technical design, do code reviews, ensure delivery as per committed estimates with high quality.
- Work with the team to ensure the delivered code quality is good.
10+ years of strong experience leading a team on the technical front.
Looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead (.NET, SQL Server, Azure tech stack) to develop and implement systems architecture that meets business needs.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, and AWS tech stack.
- Experience with Data Center to Azure Migration projects.
- Master's degree in Design and Architecture.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in .NET and design architecture.
