Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to oversee our projects and ensure their successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve desired outcomes
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement quality procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote repeat business and client satisfaction
  • Prepare feasibility study reports and work closely with designers to create detailed designs that meet UK Building Regulations and relevant Codes of Practice
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of MEP disciplines, including structural, architectural, fire, and acoustic disciplines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in BIM software, including BIM Track and Navisworks
  • Able to delegate tasks and hold team members accountable for their performance
  • Knowledge of Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations and quality assurance processes
