Job Description: Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead

Location: Noida (Onsite)

We are looking for an
efficient and dynamic Technical Lead
to join our team. As a core member of the company, you will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and leading the development team with ownership and accountability. You will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of performance, security, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical operations, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide optimal solutions.
  • Supervise development activities across backend, frontend, DevOps, servers, and AI-related work.
  • Ensure team follows best practices in writing optimized and maintainable code.
  • Determine requirements, delegate tasks, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and server management (Linux, Azure, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Redis).
  • Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for codebase management.
  • Identify risks early and develop contingency plans.
  • Conduct training sessions, team meetings, and reviews to foster continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and implement best practices.
  • Monitor system and front-end performance; optimize for speed and user experience.
  • Motivate and guide team members while fostering open communication.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Required Technical Expertise

  • Backend:
    FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PostgreSQL

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    8 years of total experience
    , with at least
    3 years in a leadership/technical lead role
    .
  • Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
