Job Title: Senior Software Engineer / Project ManagerLocation: [Noida sec 3]Experience Required: 4-8 yearsSalary: ₹9–10 LPA (CTC)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer / ProjectManager to lead the development and delivery of web and mobile applications. The idealcandidate will have hands-on expertise in AWS, Django, and React Native, along with a strongtrack record of leading technical teams, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring timely andhigh-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities:● Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, from planning todeployment.● Architect, design, and develop scalable web and mobile applications using Django andReact Native.● Manage and mentor a team of developers, assigning tasks, tracking progress, andensuring high performance.● Set project timelines, manage risks, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standardsand deadlines.● Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions.● Ensure infrastructure and applications are optimized for performance, scalability, andsecurity using AWS services.● Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality across the team.● Communicate effectively across teams and with non-technical stakeholders.Must-Have Skills:● 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.● Strong expertise in Django (Python) for backend development.● Proficient in React Native for cross-platform mobile application development.● AWS – deployment, monitoring, and scaling cloud-based applications.● Proven experience in leading software development teams 5-10 members or more).● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.● Strong communication and leadership skills● Hands on experience in web & Mobile DevelopmentGood to Have:● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.● Basic UI/UX design understanding.● Previous startup or fast-paced environment experience.Compensation:● CTC Range: ₹9–10 LPA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
