Operations and Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure a seamless post-booking experience for our users. As the primary point of contact, you will guide customers through their journey with timely updates, support, and follow-ups.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Connect with users after booking to confirm details and provide guidance on next steps.
  • Share and update itineraries, assist with changes or clarifications, and help redeem coupons or discounts.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey.
  • Collect post-travel feedback to improve future experiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Empathetic approach with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
  • Availability to work full-time for 3 months.
