Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional to manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define strategic recruitment plans tailored to each department.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds, and assist with decision-making processes.
  • Negotiate employment terms with candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and clear communication.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, etc.) and recommend improvements to streamline recruitment.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand and enhance its visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in talent acquisition and employ best practices in recruitment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
