Job Overview

As a strategic talent acquisition leader, you will drive the success of our recruitment cycle and support roles for all centers. Your expertise in people management and employee development will ensure that we attract and retain top talent.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives;
  • Manage attendance, compensation, and career growth of direct reports;
  • Conduct quarterly performance appraisals and provide feedback on performance and expectations;
  • Plan and administer annual budgets;
  • Lead team meetings and create department goals.
Talent Acquisition & Systems Management

As the lead partner for hiring managers and site directors, you will create and refine recruitment strategy. You will provide market analysis and compensation benchmarks as needed, ensuring that all recruitment technology systems are up-to-date and efficient processes are followed.

  • Research and recommend new technologies to enhance recruitment processes;
  • Establish accurate forecasting pipeline management and process improvement throughout the lifecycle of talent acquisition;
  • Partner with corporate marketing on employer brand strategy through digital recruitment efforts;
  • Direct recruitment and brand marketing strategy for all sites;
  • Develop creative sourcing initiatives by partnering with vendors, brainstorming internal events, utilizing social media, and always improving applicant rates.
Account Acquisition Duties

You will serve as Recruitment Head POC for prospective clients by developing custom strategies and traveling onsite for presentations. You will create a recruitment strategy for new site openings, including team structuring and hiring, job board creation, assessments and scoring plans, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and site directors to drive successful recruitment cycles;
  • Travel up to 30% of the time for client presentations and site visits.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Expertise in people management, employee development/coaching, expert knowledge managing and creating recruitment processes and workflow, and applicable data reporting;
  • A passion for metrics and analyzing the pipeline, excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, and high emotional intelligence and self-awareness;
  • Strong work ethic and passion for leading a team and producing results, extreme attention to detail, strong business acumen and critical thinking skills;
  • At least 10+ years of experience designing, building, and leading quality talent acquisition functions in a high-volume recruiting environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus with the ability to positively interact at all levels of the organization.
