Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, drive employee engagement, and act as a key liaison between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top performers.
  • Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions.
  • Handle payroll, salaries, benefits, and statutory compliances with accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and manage HRMS tools to drive business results.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and team events to foster a positive work culture.
  • Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner to maintain a positive employer brand.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing expert advice on HR-related matters while being approachable and responsive to employees.
  • Organize employee engagement events and activities to promote teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4–7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong organizational ability, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms and other technology tools, with the ability to leverage them to drive business results.
