Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets for asphalt machinery and hot mix plants in assigned territories.
  • Secure new customer relationships and expand coverage of industrial and road projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on competition mapping, benchmarking, and management information systems.
  • Manage accounts receivable for the asphalt machinery business.
  • Submit regular sales performance reports to regional management and headquarters.
  • Promote the asphalt machinery business through strategic partnerships and regional marketing initiatives.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of construction equipment.
  • Will consider relocation options.
  • Previous sales experience in asphalt batching plants, paver machines, milling machines, rollers, and hot mix plants.
