Job Description

We are seeking an Outreach Intern to join our team at Grroit, a growth partner for service-based businesses. In this role, you will support our outbound prospecting efforts by reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified appointments for the company.

This is a remote internship with the potential to convert into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound reachouts via email and other channels to potential clients.
  • Research prospects and tailor outreach to improve engagement.
  • Nurture early-stage conversations and book appointments for the sales team.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach activity and progress in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team to test and refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media, marketing, or sales outreach (preferred).
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a remote team environment.
