We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for fostering strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with users, managing day-to-day communication, and scaling daily active users on the app by leveraging user-generated matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
The successful candidate will work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization. They will also create and nurture micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
Additionally, the Community Engagement Specialist will stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices. They will utilize this information to enhance engagement and grow the platform.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in any of the Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
- Strong understanding of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
- Proven ability to work with language-specific content/creators, with an understanding of regional and global content trends.
- Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.
