Job Title

Customer Onboarding Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

The key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, implementing solutions on the Spendflo platform, and driving process improvements.

Key performance indicators will be established to track progress and enhance overall account health.

  • Develop and manage the customer onboarding process, including training, implementation, and solution creation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external teams for effective account management.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor process efficiency and account health.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand operational challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide product support and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as Technical Onboarding Manager or Implementation Consultant.
  • Experience managing customer implementations for enterprise clients or consulting at senior levels within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based software environments.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable working in a startup environment and driving projects from concept to execution.
  • Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, database structure, and system integration.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and manage customized project roadmaps.
