Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and training on BIM methodologies to team members.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on BIM deliverables.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of BIM implementation and drive continuous innovation.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making related to BIM adoption and technology investments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Tekla software and other BIM tools with experience in precast modeling.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing BIM standards and workflows in large-scale projects.
