About The Role
  • We are seeking a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management approaches to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams comprising engineers, architects, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, monitor progress, and address any deviations from approved project plans.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Prior experience as a bund/breakwater manager or similar roles is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with DGPS systems for survey and quarry-related activities is essential.
