Site Civil Engineer

A highly skilled Site Civil Engineer with experience in Commercial Interiors is required to lead our team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage different parts of construction projects.

  • Organize materials and ensure sites are safe and clean.
  • Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
  • Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
  • Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
  • Gather data, compile reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions where required.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, possess experience in Interiors especially in Commercial, and hold a valid driver's license. They should also have experience in a similar role and additional certificates or licenses may be required.

This position requires sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design, as well as great leadership and organizational skills. Additionally, the ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects is essential, along with great written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.
