- Job Description:
- Study project scope in line with design requirements.
- Validate technical specifications received from the design team.
- Optimize specifications without any deviation in client requirement deliveries.
- Validate BOQs and backup workings.
- Present BOQs and solutions to management and get approvals.
- Check RA bills and final bills.
- Prepare amendments.
- Validate budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix.
- Submit different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design.
- Explore new products and take them to approvals.
- Propose different optimization options in budgets.
- Complete budget requirements in given TAT without any delays.
- Prepare different reports on cost analysis of projects as per management.
