Landscaping Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Professional to lead our dynamic studio. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape project management and be proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.

  • The role involves designing and coordinating with clients, developing and delivering project documentation, managing project resources, and overseeing construction phases.
  • The successful candidate will provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
  • Develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
  • Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications:

  • M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 0-5 years of experience or B.Arch with 1-7 years of experience in Landscape Design.
  • Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
