We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and hire top talent for our diverse teams. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for various positions
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members
  • Facilitate the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems

To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, knowledge of employment laws and regulations is essential.
