About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our team in sourcing and managing materials for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor relationships across multiple regions to ensure timely procurement of high-quality materials.
  • Evaluate commercial bids and develop comparative statements to inform strategic purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements that align with project needs and company policies.
  • Oversee supply chain operations to guarantee consistent material flow for project execution.
  • Approve and monitor purchase orders for accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
  • Validate vendor invoices in coordination with the finance team to ensure timely processing.
  • Authorize payments aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure submission of warranty certificates by vendors for project handover.
  • Develop and track project schedules and material delivery timelines.
  • Promote and enforce best practices in procurement as per the organization's quality processes.
