Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions, ensuring seamless procurement processes, and delivering value through digital sourcing transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Support end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S4 HANA and other systems as required.
  • Provide expertise on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals.
  • Conduct system testing, training, and user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.
Good to Have:
  • Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing).
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes.
