Job Title: Senior Legal Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior Legal Professional with 3-5 years of experience in non-litigation to lead our team.

About the Role:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform strategic business decisions, utilizing exceptional analytical skills.
  • Draft and review complex legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, and licensing agreements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Prepare and review various legal documents, such as tender documents, authority letters, policies, undertakings, terms and conditions, and other contract-related materials, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide critical support to the HR department in drafting and reviewing HR documents, demonstrating effective collaboration skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal agreements and documents in our database, ensuring efficient information management.
  • Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as needed, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Hold an L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B degree (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree), demonstrating academic excellence.
  • Possess 4-5 years of relevant work experience, showcasing professional growth and expertise.
  • Exhibit exceptional research, writing, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office and related tools, leveraging technology to enhance productivity.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines, exhibiting self-motivation and discipline.
  • Showcase attention to detail and strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
