Job Title:

A seasoned legal professional is sought after to join our team as a Commercial Contracts Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with expertise in contract management, corporate law, and regulatory compliance to take their career to the next level.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial contracts, ensuring timely renewal, amendment, and termination.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and consultancy agreements.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on issues involving regulatory and statutory compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal legal memoranda and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • LLB from a recognized university (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role.
  • Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
