We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects on-site.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering and 0-4 years of experience in the field. They should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as proficiency in construction management and knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 0 to 4 yrs Experience
  • Proficiency in construction management.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
