Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with 2-4 years of experience in construction or project management to fill our Construction Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior project managers by preparing reports, charts, and project documentation as part of the construction team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Coordinate design and engineering between different disciplines and perform clash checks for PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and openings to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules to keep the project on track.
  • Assist in cost estimating, tendering processes, and tender documentation to ensure accurate budgeting and compliance.
  • Expedite and follow up on submissions, resolving bottlenecks proactively to minimize delays.
  • Track and report potential or actual project conflicts to the project manager for timely resolution.
  • Expedite resolutions for queries during the execution stage ensuring transparency and communication throughout the process.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action points to maintain project momentum.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master's in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM).
  • 2-4 years of experience in project or construction management within consultancy or construction organizations.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in industrial construction projects.
  • Basic understanding of cost estimation, tendering, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in preparing schedules, bar charts, and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities to remove bottlenecks and expedite progress.
