We are seeking a seasoned Finishes Manager to lead the execution of high-quality interior construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply creative skills to deliver exceptional finishes for world-class facilities.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects on technical matters to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee interior construction management, scheduling, and monitoring to guarantee timely completion.
  • Align with project teams and leaders to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Evaluate project progress, manage billing, and maintain quality control to optimize outcomes.
  • Sourcing high-end materials and installation expertise to enhance project value.
  • Collaborate with MEP teams and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Proficiency in BIM and experience with fast-track projects are highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of lighting and landscape-related works is essential.
  • Use MS Project, Primavera, or Identifiable System for project tracking and milestone identification.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation planning are critical components of this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience in hospitals and hotels is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
