Project Coordinator for Interior Design Execution

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of interior projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading on-site teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and interpret 2D/3D drawings across disciplines.
  • Analyze design gaps and identify potential execution risks to develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Validate and review work orders, BOQs, drawings, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop detailed project schedules with clear task interdependencies to facilitate efficient execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor remotely to maintain quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and instructions to Site Supervisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Construction Management from a reputable institution.
  • Strong background in project management, engineering, or architecture with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of success in site execution, particularly in home renovation projects.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Process-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and excellent analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks to achieve goals efficiently.
