Project Execution Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Execution Specialist to oversee the on-site execution of interior projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily site operations, liaising with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors, and reviewing and interpreting design drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Design Review: Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to guarantee compliance with design specifications.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle, protecting both people and property.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is necessary.
