Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and skilled Project Coordinator to oversee project execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery, including planning, design management, client communication, file management, vendor coordination, budget analysis, and administrative support.

  • Project Planning: Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects.
  • Design Management: Track and monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly.
  • Client Communication: Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion.
  • Budget Analysis: Conduct budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
