Sourcing Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing professional to implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement processes and be responsible for supporting end-to-end sourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions, fostering effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Sourcing Process Support: Support the entire sourcing process, including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Integration and Testing: Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S4 HANA and other systems as required, conduct thorough testing, training, and user support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Troubleshooting and Best Practices: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality, stay updated on SAP Ariba product enhancements, and recommend best practices to optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.
